Learning Forum: Towards an Empowered Employee
11 Jan 2011, Malaysia :: In conjunction with the launch of Innovation in Action Track, a Learning Forum is held on 11.1.11 at KLCC. The Learning Forum had an impressive line up of Panel Speakers who inspired the guests with great ideas, advice and approach towards empowering workforce towards Innovation.
The MWS Learning Forum opened with a thought provoking keynote address by Dato’ Dr Sheikh Omar Abdul Rahman, Director, Corporate Planning Division of University Putra Malaysia. Dato’ Dr Sheikh Omar aka Dr Soar, has been a great supporter and ambassador of the MWS brand. His opening address sets the tone and direction for the forum. The Learning Forum was facilitated by Norina Yahya. Everyone was intrigued by her quick wit and controversial questions on empowering the workforce. She definitely facilitated a very open and exciting forum and harness the best of the speakers experiences, wisdom and ideas.
We received raving reviews from all the guests that has attended the event. An amazing and lively discussion to address the concerns of HR practitioners and management on the new and upcoming generations joining the workforce today.
