The MWS Learning Framework

In the competitive business world today, driving the competency of your workforce is critical to perform at their optimum and stay ahead of the curve. Competency improvements mean more engagement with your employees, better business results and great working and learning environment.

However, facing up to the challenge is no easy task. For companies that have no idea where to start, we have specifically designed a learning framework that you can adopt in your workforce training. The framework covers 3 critical areas of skills development.

1. Managing Self

The Managing Self Development Programs consists of 4 separate modules (Self Master, Personal Productivity, Communication & Empowerment), designed to help individuals within organizations to fully learn the essential skills in order to operate effectively at work. Each module consists of 5 titles that are carried out every week to ensure spaced learning and continuity.

At the end of the training sessions, the participants, within the work environment; will be able to empower themselves to handle challenging and stressful situations with grace and resourcefulness.

2. Managing Others

The Managing Others Development Programs consists of 6 (Interpersonal Power, Laeading Change, Develop Team, Leading Team, Effective Team & Resolving Conflicts) separate modules, designed to help individuals within organizations to fully learn the essential skills in order to operate effectively at work. Each module consists of 4 titles that are carried out every week to ensure spaced learning and continuity.

At the end of the training sessions, the participants, within the work environment, will achieve what is required to work efficiently with everyone.

3. Managing Performance

The Managing Performance Development Programs consisting of 3 separate modules (Quality, Result Oriented & Organizational Culture), designed to help individuals within organizations to fully learn the essential skills in order to operate effectively at work. Each module consists of 3 titles that are carried out every week to ensure spaced learning and continuity.

At the end of the training sessions, the participants, within the work environment, will be able to acquire the essential competency in delivering quality to its customers.

The MWS Learning Framework is so flexible that you can pick and choose the titles according to the needs of your organization. Currently MWS has more than 90 titles and that means you have more than 90 ways to train your workforce! These 90 over titles cover all aspect of business, from Sales to Business competencies. We don’t particularly believe in info dumping and expecting learners to remember them all, so we consciously made the decision to cut down the fat and deliver the important core competencies required to move learners ahead of the game.
